Charitable Donations & Staff Fund

STAFF FUND

As Clubland does not traditionally permit tipping, Members are invited to contribute to the Staff Fund. To do so, please email [email protected] stating how much you would like to donate; the amount will be added to your Member charge account. Alternatively, donations can be made when visiting the Club by completing a donation slip or writing the amount you wish to contribute on your bill, which will be added to your Member charge account. Your contributions will ensure the Club remains a competitive employer.

FITZMAURICE HOUSE FUND

Help the Club to raise money to protect the fabric of our Grade II* listed building. This is important to safeguard the future of our building. This fund, to which Members and others can make donations to, will ring fence money for investment in the building.

THE HAEMOPHILIA SOCIETY

The Haemophilia Society is the only UK-wide charity for people with a bleeding disorder. Around one in 2,000 people in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder. 

 

Through information, events and advocacy, it empowers people to manage their condition effectively – with access to the best possible treatment and a supportive community.

 

It has also long campaigned for justice, recognition, and compensation for those infected and affected by contaminated blood and blood products – widely recognised as the worst treatment disaster in NHS history.

BRITISH FENCING CHARITY FUND

The British Fencing Charity Fund ensures fencing is a sport where talent can flourish, opportunity is open to all, and the values of discipline, confidence and resilience transform lives.
 
It invests in three key areas: developing future Olympic and Paralympic athletes by supporting talented fencers from disadvantaged backgrounds, expanding access by breaking down participation barriers, and supporting projects that create lasting social impact in communities.
 
It aims to inspire future champions, open the sport to all, and ensure fencing continues to enrich lives for generations to come.
