Deluxe Suite

Additional Information

  • Reservations can be made no more than six months in advance.
  • Single Rooms are available for Members of The Lansdowne Club only (maximum 1 adult).
  • Children under the age of six are not permitted midweek (applies Monday to Friday afternoon).
  • In the event the Club does not have availability on your preferred date(s), please ask about our arrangements with nearby Clubs and hotels who may be able to accommodate your stay.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed by credit/debit card by 6pm two days prior to arrival or they will be released.
  • Reservations for guests of Members must be made in writing by the Member and guaranteed by credit/debit card.
  • ​The Club does not hold card details. Members must resupply card details for each reservation.
  • The Club does not accept JCB or Diners Club cards, cheques, or cash.
  • Rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  • Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Club’s Council.
  • A full English breakfast is included in the rate. ‘À la Carte’ items are available at an additional charge.
  • Use of the sofa bed in a suite carries an additional charge of £20 per night
  • Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking is discovered in the room, a charge of £250 will apply.
  • Accommodation rates for guests of Members and reciprocal members are available upon request. Please contact the Reservations Team (E: [email protected] | T: +44 (0) 20 7629 7200).
  • A temporary membership fee of £25 per night applies to non-member guests aged 16+, payable at check-in.
  • Cancellations and amendments are permitted up to 12 noon five days prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply.
  • Cancellations and amendments must be made in writing. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact the Reservations Team (E: [email protected] | T: +44 (0) 20 7629 7200).
  • Multiple reservations (block bookings) made three months or more in advance and group bookings of three or more bedrooms must be cancelled or amended by 12 noon at least one month prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee of up to two night’s accommodation will apply. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is applicable to these bookings.
  • Cancellations of ten or more room nights within a calendar year will be subject to stricter terms. Each additional room night cancelled thereafter will incur the full cost of accommodation as a cancellation fee. Bookings made after this threshold is reached must be prepaid in full, are non-refundable, and will not be subject to a cancellation window.

  • Check-in from 2pm.
  • Checkout by 11am.
  • Early check-in can only be guaranteed by reserving the room for the night prior to arrival.
  • A late checkout fee applies for departures after 11am.
  • Members, their guests, and reciprocal members must adhere to the Club’s Rules and dress code.
  • Gratuities are not permitted (with the exception of Luggage Porters). Contributions to the Staff Fund are welcome and can be made by email ([email protected]), at Reception, or adding a donation to your bill.
